Our prices are in EUROS, including tourist taxes (€ 1.50 per person/per day, age 14 years and up)

Children: 0 – 3 years of age free, free portacrib and high chair, on request

Pets on request and only in summer € 4 per day without food

Bed linen, hand towels, household linen are included in our standard service

Extra cleaning services available on Wednesday and Saturday with new hand towels & bed line, for stays that are longer than 8 days

Arrival and departure: You are kindly requested to leave your room before 10.00h/10 a.m. On the arrival day, your room will be available from 14.00h/2 p.m.

Please, notify us if you will arrive after 18.00h/6 p.m.

Wi-Fi throughout the apartment house – 1 free access code for 1 device per apartment.  € 15  fee per week for additional access ticket

Non-smoking apartments, the balconies and terraces, however, have outdoor furniture and ashtrays

Your booking will be binding after your payment  of  € 100 - € 200 (transfer is free of expenses) has been received.  IBAN and BIC can be found in the booking confirmation.

Please, note that we accept cash only, we do not accept credit cards. Additionally, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry.

Cancellation terms: 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the package price 14 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the package price

In case of a cancellation, advance payments will not be refunded. If fewer people than the number booked will stay in the apartment, the full sum will be charged

Special weeks with deals and offers make the difference when compared with the standard rates.  A surcharge applies to New Year's Eve, Carnival and Easter and for short stays under 3 nights.
