Booking termspayment and booking terms
- All prices are per day for 2 persons without meals - standard conditions!
- Tourist taxes not included (EUR 2.20) per person/night; so are all utilities, except final cleaning.
- Except for the winter season, all apartments require 2 guests as a minimum.
- Additional comfort double rooms will be calculated in the final price and not charged separately.
- Discount for children: 0-3 years of age 100%, on request free portacrib and high chair.
- Surcharge for New Year's Eve, carnival, Easter weeks as well as for short stays (under 3 nights).
- Gourmet breakfast on request: € 17 per person – offered by our partner company "Restaurant Denggerhof".
- Our exclusive private rental services garantuee a peaceful and quiet holiday in our apartment house.
- Pets on request and only allowed in summer.
- Check in: from 14h/2 p.m (from 18h/6 p.m. we'd appreciate it if you would notify us) Check out: before 9.30h/9.30 a.m.

- We do not accept credit cards, the total sum (minus paid advance) is to paid in cash at the end of the holiday, It goes without saying that advance payments (free of expenses) into our bank account are welcome.
- A holiday reservation is binding, as soon as you have received our written booking confirmation and the advance payment requirements have been fulfilled. Bank details will be enclosed in the confirmation.
- Cancellation conditions:
up to 30 days prior to day of arrival: 50% of the package price
up to 14 days prior to day of arrival: 100% of the advance payments for the package will be charged as handling fee.
Should fewer guests than the number agreed upon and paid for arrive, the total amount will be charged.
